Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ehde. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 90-day return window on all unopened and unused products in their original packaging with a 25% restocking fee. 

To initiate a return:

• Please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

• Returns must be received within 90 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original, unopened packaging.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
